In pursuit of sustainable development Hunter has committed to constantly improve its environmental performance and has systems in place to measure and monitor current performance and progress.

Hunter has introduced and implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) which gained ISO14001 certification in January 2008. Certification to the ISO14001 standard ensures that our environmental risks are managed and that we take steps to improve our environmental performance. It is also a means of demonstrating our continued legal compliance.
