Award Winning Service Strengthened Further
Hunter Plastics's ongoing commitment to continually strengthen and consolidate its strong presence in the market place has been demonstrated with the appointment of Greg Ridgeon as Director of Trade Sales.
This is a new role for Hunter and has been developed to further improve the company's edge in driving business through merchants and strengthen the company's brands - Hunter and Multikwik.
Greg has worked in this specific sector for over 35 years, 18 of them with Hunter. This experience has given him a thorough understanding of the business and service requirements of Hunter's stockist customers.
As well as heading up Hunter's 24-strong external sales team, Greg aims to move Hunter's renowned and award winning customer service ethos even further into customers' businesses. "My role is to understand customer needs and expectations and to exceed them. At Hunter we regularly win awards for our service levels and I aim to integrate that service even further into our merchant customer's own businesses, as well as building the Hunter brands in the marketplace."
When not out extolling the virtues of Hunter's range of plumbing, underground drainage and rainwater products, Greg, well known as the proudest Cornishman in Manchester, is busy as chairman of governors at a local school and supporting Plymouth Argyle.
