Wickes Supplier Awards

On Thursday 3rd July, Wickes held an event where they gathered 50 of their top suppliers at the Space Centre in Leicester to announce the Wickes Supplier of the Year Awards 2014. There were six award categories plus the overall Supplier of the Year Award.

Hunter Plastics were delighted to be called on stage to receive the Supplier Partnership Award which recognised, in their words, 'the excellent work we had done in completing and implementing a complete range review which resulted in many new product lines being added and, more importantly, helped drive sales across the Wickes branch network'.

They were very complimentary about the positive attitudes and helpful way Hunter Plastics went about working with them. Not only did Hunter win the Partnership Award but were also shortlisted for both the Business Efficiency Award and the Main Supplier of the Year Award.   In each case only three suppliers were shortlisted, which meant the Hunter Brand stood out as the most nominated  throughout the proceedings.
