Hunter's Regency system was selected to suit the style of local building vernacular for Crosby Homes' prestigious Whiddon Croft development at Menston near Leeds.

Martin Emms, Surveying Manager for Crosby Homes (Yorkshire) Ltd comments, "I've specified Hunter Plastics products extensively on other projects and been very satisfied. For this project we needed a system that would fit the bill aesthetically for this traditional rural-style site. But because some of the buildings have large roof areas, we needed a profile that was substantial enough to cope with the flow rates that we anticipated."
